| 2 | Remove old coating with mechanical grinder and repair all construction joints with suitable materials. After proper surface preparation apply a cement & latex mixture as a primer coat. Allow it to dry completely. Once dry, fix 45 GSM Fiber mesh or 40 GSM fabric as reinforcement. Apply the Ultra Flex (Fosroc) coat over the reinforced surface. Allow the first coat to cure for 6- 8 hours before applying the final coat. After 72 hours, fill the area with water to test for any leakages. | 670.50 | M2 |
| 3 | Clean the surface thoroughly using a high pressure washer. Repair all visible cracks. Prepare coving (Angle fillet) at 90 degree parapet wall joint areas by applying a cement and Dr. Fixit URP mixture as a primer coat. Allow the primer coat to dry completely. After drying, fix 45 GSM fiber glass mesh as reinforcement .Apply two coats of the same mixture .Allow it to cure for one day, then apply the Dr. Fixit Roof Seal Classic Primer coat.
