| 1 | UPGRADATION OF LT ELECTRIC SUB-STATION AT CPS BORIA 2000KVA 11KV/440 HT AVR Design ,supply ,installation ,testing and commissioning of 2000KVA Rolling contact type (8-11KV/440V) HT Automatic Voltage Regulator as IS 2026Std, construction features oil Immersed ,naturally cooled , stepless rolling type a voltage regulator as per IS:2026Std. with mode of operation of manual ,motorized and automatic with service outdoor ,the no of transformer units 4 nos with a capacity 2000 KVA with input 8000V to 12000V with out put voltage of 440v+-1%,3 Phase,50Hz suitable for balanced and unbalanced load. The total equipment consists of 4 no transformer units Auto wound consists of Buck Boost transformer (HT-Trf),Step down to LT(HT-Trf),,Control Panel and 2 nos VCB for protections hence total no of transformer units shall be of 4 No`s, transformer oil for 4no transformer units shall has to be supplied by the contractor and oil quality should be confirming to IS335/latest with terminals bushing input and output ,temperature rise of T- oil should be 50 c and over an ambient of 50 c all the 4 no transformer shall be housed inside the stainless steel tanks, the system shall be fitted with all the accessories as latest IS 2026 Standards to make the equipments function at optimum efficiency ,the job also includes design ,providing ,installation ,testing and commissioning of 2no indoor and 2 no outdoor VCB panels for input and output respectively(11KV,400Amps,3 Phase ,50Hz.as the complete unit has to regulate voltage to all the electromechanical equipments so all the precautions and protections(It should be protected with wire mesh fencing with the required angle frame) shall be provided during the operation of the overall water plant CPS Boria. As these electric units need to be place on the raised RCC platforms 4nos 15 feetx 15 feet x3feet suitable foundation for installations of units of the AVR, also earthing points all trench and allied civil works are included in the complete job. The existing system (old transformer )shall act as bye pass arrangement in case of breakdown of the newly installed LT electric sub- station . complete job includes cost of labour, material and all the civil works for complete commissioning of the 2000KVA 11KV/440HT AVR.
