| 1 | To carry out the replacement work of damaged hydraulic cylinder of Hoist system of New Stacker/Reclaimer (HM-135). SCOPE OF WORK: (A) WORK DETAILS FOR DISMANTLING OF OLD & DAMAGED HYDRAULIC/DIFFERENTIAL CYLINDER: i. Manual transpiration of new Hydraulic cylinder from store to site of New Stacker/Reclaimer (HM-135). ii. Transportation of MS plate collected from scrap yard ISMS, ISA for fabrication of platform and scaffolding. iii. Cutting, welding & fabrication of scaffolding with ISMS, ISA & MS plate as per size of requirement. iv. Fabrication scaffolding installed on stacker for removal of non-serviceable hydraulic cylinder and installation of new one. v. Dismantling and removal of Oil circulating hoses from old hydraulic cylinder. vi. Boom rested on fabrication platform and scaffoldings structure in horizontal portion. vii. Clamped the cylinder with rope and chain pulley block then taking out bottom and top hinge pins. viii. Shifting of old hydraulic cylinder from site of new stacker to divisional store. (B) WORK DETAILS FOR INSTALLATION OF NEW HYDRAULIC CYLINDER: i. Shifting of new Hydraulic cylinder on its foundation platform after and then after cylinder clamp with chain pulley block in vertical position and lift parallel to top & bottom hinge foundation. ii. Setting of Jack top on its hinge foundation to provide pin & locking arrangement. iii. According to distance of top 7 bottom hinge foundation adjusting the Jack assembly with chain pulley block/ mechanical Jack. iv. Setting of cylinder bottom on its hinge foundation with the help of chain pulley block for fixing pin & locking arrangement. v. Air went valves of new Jack cylinder open and all Hoses connected with its nipples after cleaning and releasing of air inside the hoses. vi. Opening of all Hoses of other side Hydraulic cylinder for cleaning of jacks for cleaning of NRVS and releasing of air from oil circulating hoses. (C) MISC. WORK:- i. Dismantling & removal of pressure relief & directional valve assembly for cleaning & overhauling. ii. Draining out old & used oil of tank and clean inside tank as well as suction pipe and its shut off valve. iii. Dismantling & removal of NRV of discharged line for cleaning along with its union and socket assembly. iv. Dismantling & removal of oil and breather for cleaning and replacement, if required. v. Cleaning of base chamber, discharge line of pump overflow line solenoid valves and its coils. vi. Filling of 210 Ltr. New oil in tank though filter. vii. Commissioning & testing of Hoist system assembly. viii. Deposal of scrap materials from side to scrap yard along with old & used oil. | 1 | Job |
