(msedcl), Represented By The Chief Engineer (nashik Zone) (hereinafter Referred To As "the Employer"), Wishes To Receive Bids For Supply, Test, Transport, Construction, Erection, Testing And Commissioning Of New 33/11kv Substation, Ht Line Oh/ug And Other Allied Works, Including Five Year Guarantee For 6 Major Equipment (power Transformer, Conductor, Switchgear & Control Gear (including 33 Kv/11 Kv Breakers And Panels), Metering Equipment, Apfc And Ht/lt Cables) And 2 Years Defects Liability Period For Works And Minor Items I.e. Insulator, Clamps, Angles And Channels Etc Under The Midc Phase-i& Ii Scheme On Single Point Responsibility, Indivisible Turnkey Contract Basis For The Project Completion Period Of 9 Months As Defined In These Bidding Documents (hereinafter Referred To As "the Works ), And As Described In The Bidding Documents.
