Vacuettes Must Have A Spillproof, Nonscrew Cap With A Highquality, Durable Rubber /silicone Stopper That Does Not Shatter Or Break When The Cap Is Pierced During Use.9. The Vacuettes Shall Have A Clearly Printed Label Indicating The Tube Size, Additive, Lot Number, Reference Number, Expiry Date And Other Relevant Information. The Label Must Have Seethrough Or Transprent Paper.10. The Vacuettes Must Be Delivered In A Temperaturecontrolled Environment As Per The Manufacturers Recommendations And Provide Log Detailed Temperature Records To The Recipient At The Time Of Delivery.11. The Company Must Provide Regular Training (at Least Once A Year) To The Technicians, Nurses, And Paramedical Staff And Maintain Documentation Of The Clinical Services Provided.12. The Shelf Life Of The Vacuettes Shall Be A Minimum Of 12 Months From The Date Of Manufacture When Stored According To The Manufacturers Instructions.13.
