| 2 | Note-1: General Notes 1.On their own interest, contractors are advised to inspect the site with prior permission before quoting their rates. 2. All the samples of materials which are to be used shall be approved by the department in advance. 3. The contractor shall comply with the provision of the Payment of Wages act 4. Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all cost of materials, labour, carriage, taxes, GST, labourcess, wastages etc.. 5. Rates quoted shall be excluding the amount of EPFO and ESIC contributions. EPFO and ESIC contributions are reimbursable on production of valid proof of payment made by the contractor as per CPWD norms. |
