| 1 | Supply, fixing and testing of clutch housing assembly spares to 60 Ton capacity main hauling winch (Make: Pullman) at multiple slipway including dismantling the clutch plate assembly complete coupled with the motor, removing the belts from pulley by adjusting the fasteners mounted in the steel frame of the winch base. Dismantling all the spares such as clutch plate, pressure plate, bolts of pressure plate, release bearing and housing, clutch finger, fly wheel, main shaft, clutch arm handle set, belts and assemble with newly fabricated spares such as fly wheel, pressure plate, main shaft, clutch plate, release bearing and all other dismantled spares (old) of clutch plate assembly. Testing the newly supplied spares, refitting all fasteners required for mounting the assembly, assembling the dismantled clutch plate assembly in position as per the direction of EIC, fabrication/machining to be done wherever required to ensure smooth running of the winch before testing with load. Load testing/operation of winch to be conducted at load (Pulling the vessel) including cost of dismantling of winch, cost of spares such as fly wheel, clutch plate, pressure plate, release bearing and main shaft, fabrication/ machining charges, cost of assembling, labour charges, tools & plants, GST, labour welfare cess etc, complete. Note : The dimension of the fly wheel & pressure plate to be measured (in dismantled condition) at site and accordingly to be fabricated/made. | 1 | Job |
