| 1 | Supply & installation of poly Fibre/ polymer stone fibre fencing for road divider size 2130mmX900 mm Scope of Work The scope includes the supply, installation, and fixing of Fibre Reinforced Polymer (FRP) fencing, as per the approved design drawings, and directions of the engineer in charge. The work involves supply of materials, and complete installation, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Technical Specifications 1. Material The fencing components shall be manufactured using Fibre Reinforced Polymer (FRP): The FRP material shall have the following properties High strength-to-weight ratio, Corrosion resistance against water, chemicals, and UV exposure. Weatherproof and rot-resistant for outdoor durability Dimensions Height: 900 mm. Width: 70 mm. Thickness: 35 mm Clear Spacing: 150 mm between two fencing members. 3. Fixing Details Each fencing member shall be fixed with 100 mm x 150 mm Mild Steel (MS) plates of 4 mm thickness. The MS plates shall be securely anchored to a concrete surface using corrosion-resistant fasteners or chemical anchors All fasteners used shall be made of stainless steel or coated with a weather-resistant finish. The alignment of fencing shall be true to alighnment and the installation shall be free from any distortions or defects. 4. Weather Resistance The fencing material must be resistant to rust, rot, and adverse weather conditions, including exposure to UV rays, rain, and temperature fluctuations FRP fencing must maintain its structural integrity and appearance over time 5. Design and Appearance The fencing design shall be aesthetic, functional, and as per the approved drawing provided by the engineer in charge The color of the fencing shall be UV-stabilized and approved by the engineer in charge. Production Method: 6. Manufacturing Process Hand lay-up, resin transfer moulding (RTM), or vacuum infusion for uniformity and strength Each Fencing reinforced by MS, MS covered with FRP to increase the life. Supplier must have FRP Chopper Spray Machine and use as per requirement (Hight -900mm Width-70mm. thickness-35mm Each fenching member shall be fixed with 100 mm X 150mm mild steel (ms)plates of 4 mm thickness.the ms plates shall be securely anchored surface using corrosion-resistant fasteners or chemical anchors. All fasteners used shall br made of stainless steel or coated with a weather-resistant finish.
