Removal of the wornout portion of the bucket s iron plate on the outside and dump side by gauging, followed by fitting and welding new iron plates, and grinding. 2. Gauging, grinding, and welding of the bucket corner cone, both inside and out side, as per standard. 3. Metal filling of cracked portion on the bucket s curl side and dump side by welding. 4. Removal of 05 dmaged adopters by gauging and cutting, followed by fitting and weldng of 05 new adopters. 5. Fitting and locking of 05 tooth points by welding. 6. Removal of wornout wear plates and fitting of new wear plates size 150mmX300mm. 7. Application of hard facing electrodes on all sides of the bucket assembly. 8. Measurement and identification of the required dimensions for the bush. 9. Selection of appropriate material as per specification or operational requirements. 10. Cutting the raw material to the required size and shape. 11. Machining the bush to achieve the desired dimension using a lathe machine or other appropriate tools. 12. Drilling and boring, if required, to create holes for fitting or lubrication purpose. 13. Finishing the bush by polishing and deburring for smooth operation and precise fitting. 14. Quality inspection to ensure the bush meets required tolerance and standards. 15. Fitting and installation of the new bush in the designated equipment or assembly. 16. Testing for functionality and alignment post-installation. Material Required:- Steel electrode-40 kg, Grinding wheel-10 nos, Low hydrogen electrode-50 kg, Gauging electrode-40 kg, DA cylinder-04 nos, Oxygen cylinder-08 nos.
