1 | Dismantling of 75 HP centrifugal type induction moter (Make : Kirloskar) from pump after disconnection of mechanical tyre coupling and unbolting from foundation base plate,discconection of electric connection from terminal, loading/unloading the motor to vehicle and transportation of the motor from Singarsi (Air Force Station) to workshop (out side) for repair / replacement, open the motor and cutting the burnt winding and clean the rotor & stator with CTC or other cleaning agent and re-winding of stator winding with super enamelled copper wire of gauge and turn as per existing, insulating the leads with insulating tubes and varnishing the stator with good quality of insulating varnish and after that, heating the stator in heat chamber for continuous two days for better insulation resistance. Re-assembling the stator & rotor carefully after replacement of worn out bearings as per existing and again transportation of the motor through vehicle from workshop (out side) to Singarsi (Air Force Station) including loading/unloading the motor on its base frame, connection of motor with pump with tyre coupling and fixing to the base frame by bolts incl super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge / size / quality to match with the existing as comply with Indian Standard Specification.. After checking up the alignment, testing of motor with megger for checking of insulation resistances, electric connection of motor to the control panel, testing on load for continous running for three hours complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. | 1 | EACH JOB |
