The Engineer/Technical staff must carry out inspection of compressor, checking pressure, checking controls/ control wiring including carring out requisite setting of controller & contactor, checking electrical circuits, cheking of leakage, cheking the operation of chiller and condensor pumps,cheking the operation of Cooling tower checking all pressure/temperature/ sensor interlocks & setting them for satisfactory running of plant, assessing oil condition & refrigerant condition and submitting report in respect of plant quarterly (each quarter report is submitted failing to which penalty shall be invoke as per para 1.1 (g) of BOQ. Complete all as specied and as directed. The AC plant comprises of following equipments. a) Chillar unit Make-Voltas, model- GSWCDXR150 = 03 Sets b) Compressor suitable for 2X150 TR - 03 Sets c) Condensar Unit Make Voltas Model- 09176 =03 Sets d) Chillar water pump set back pull out type monoblock -3 Nos. e) Condenser water pump set back pull out type monoblock -3 Nos. g) Cooling tower of capacity 160 TR, round shape induced draft type ,direct driven propelar fan motor , fan dia meter 1500 mm,srpay nozzle arrngement with HDPE water tank Make- Wheldon -02No. h) Electrical control panel cubical type with multi funtion display unit, MCBs, Fuse,MPD with auxilary contactor etc. complete -03 Nos. j) Motor control centre cum APFC Electrical LT panel cubical type floor mounted with MCCB,MPCB,Push botton , Flash pattern voltmeter, Ammeter, ,SFU with ROH,APFC relay with contractor ,multi function meter etc. complete-01 No. k) LT panel for PAC unit, cubical type floor mounted with MCCB, MCB,Push botton , Flash pattern voltmeter, Ammeter,contractor , etc. complete- 02 Nos. (l) Control devices such as thermostatic expansion valve,solenoid valve and cooling thermostatic & humidity contorl switch -03 Set (m) Chilled water/ Condenser/cooling tower MS/GI piping up to 150mm dia with valves pressure gauge temperature gauge complete-01Set (n) Contractor shall carry periodical maintenance of above mentioned equipment by providing minor servicing like greasing of bearings, replacement of glands, MS Nuts & bolts, rubber , coupling, teflon tape, insulation tape & other minor spares including cleaning of AHU filters , further cost of minor repairing & joints of pipe line is deemed to be included in quoted rate. | 3.00 | Each Job |
| 2 | Note for items no. 1 to 166: Quoted rate deemed to be include with cost of following : (a) Complete maintenance is to be carried out through by Authorised representative of original Air Conditioning equipment manufacturer exclusively in order to keep all the equipment in serviceable condition to achieve desired parameter inside the air conditional space and submission of its report. (b) To carry out the periodical maitenace of AC plant if necessary for effective functioning. (c) The contractor shall be responsible for proper functioning of all electrical/mechanical equipment and maintain the same in sound working condition to aviod the accident and breakdown (d) Routine checks necessary for satisfactory running the above plant and cooling tower complete all as diected by Engineer-in-charge. (e) Topping up of gas in case of leakage,compressor oil refill,descaling,repair to compressor, Condensor, motor,pump electrical panel,water supply valves,leakage,leaking refrigerant valves etc (f) To attend the breakdown during day and night including holiday and putting the plant in working condition in shortest possible time and including suffiecient stock of spares avilable always to insure smooth and regular functioning of AC plant .The contractor shall required to keep their own T&P to attend the fault/break down in quick successionalso Contractor required to provide minor servicing like greasing of bearings, replacement of glands, MS Nuts & bolts, rubber gasket , coupling, teflon tape, insulation tape & other minor spares including cleaning of AHU filters , further cost of minor repairing of valves & joints of pipe line is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (g) Contractor has to attend any complaint related with AC plant within 48 Hrs of intimation failing to which penalty of Rs 1000 per day per unit shall be recovered from RAR & final bill in form of recovery. complain forwarded on message/Whatsapp/e-mail/complaint slip shall be deemed as authentic complaint. (h) Contractor shall maintain Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly Checks of AC plants as specified in PS Clause 33 A (i) Items qty (Sl No 1 to 277) catered in BOQ may vary during execution stage subject to site requirment. No claim what so ever on this account shall be entertained. | ||
