| 4 | Note: - The tenderer shall take into consideration the following points while quoting his rate for the items. (a) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess qty of cold polymeric bitumen emulsion is used under this item. (b) A performance guarantee certificate for two years shall be submitted by the contractor after physical completion of work. NOTES: APPLICABLE FOR SR ITEM NO. 1.00 TO 3.00 The work will be carried out as per user requirement from 1830 Hrs to 2200 Hrs. The deployment of labour and T&P arrangement on the Runway shall be intimated to the Contractor by 0800 Hrs each day in the morning. The Contractor has to provide necessary arrangement and as lights etc and quote the rate accordingly for considering late working hours at night.The quoted rates by Contractor shall include all details mentioned in this Note and Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. |
