| 2 | 2) Design Supply and cost of fixing at site of the Tray panel screw type system with Aluminium Composite panel of approved colour on Exterior walls, ACP soffits coping, slab projection, at all heights and elevation including necessary aluminium frame work. The aluminium composite panel should 4mm thick consist of 3mm thick thermoplastic core of anti oxidant LDPE sandwitched between two skins of 0.5mm thick aluminium alloy sheet making a total panel thickness of 4mm. The external surface shall be finished with PVDF based coating on the top side and service coating on the reverse side shall be with polymer paint. Coating shall confirm to ECCA or AAMA. The system shall be designed to withstand a wind pressure of 190 kg/Sqm with necessary Alu.sub frames , cleats and shall be fixed to the masonry /RC walls with necessary clamps, Galvanized MS brackets and anchor fastners. All clamps and brackets shall be Hot dip galvanized minimum 80 microns thick and shall confirm to IS : 4579-1996. Any other acessories such as fastening straps, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers, etc., other than anchor system shall be in Indian Standard grade. All joints of ACP must be sealed with approved sealant of approved colour , sealant make DOW CORNING 789 weather sealant. Rate is incluisve to provide open cell polyethylene backer rods, weather sealants etc ,all materials and labour complete in all respects. The weather sealant shall be Dow corning. All safe access for the woks shall be provided by the contractor. The materials to be used are EUROBOND /ALUDECOR make. Design, supply and fixing semi unitized structural glazing system with IG unit ( Insualted Glass unit) for vision panel and single glass for spandrel panel of approved make having main frame of verticals and horizontals made out of specially designed extruded aluimnium sections to withstand wind pressure of 190kg/Sqm confirming to IS 875 part III inline with design drawing intent, fabricated, fixed at all levels, elevation and heights to the Masonry /RC walls with necessary clamps, brackets and anchor fastners. All clamps and brackets shall be mild steel Hot dip galvanized with washers designed to accommodate three dimensional movement with minimum 80 microns thick and shall conform to IS 4759-1996. THe extruded aluminium section shall be 15 Microns Anodized in approved colour. Extruded section shall be of 6063 T5 or T6 alloy conforming to ASTM B221. Any other fastening straps, nuts , bolts, rivets, washers, etc. shall be in Indian standard grade. Nylon seperators to prevent bi-metallic contacts between two dissimilar materials. All gasket shall be E.P.D.M with all becessary flashings, floor seals, smoke seals, sealants etc. to make system fully weather and sound proof & water tight.proposed glazing should have concealed gutter and pressure equalization system with multiple barrier gasket system to prevent water & air leakage. Glass shouldbe bonded to frame by means of Structural sealant of Dow corning make. All spacer tape should be Nortan or Equivalent. Rate shall include to EDPM gaskets, open cell polyethylene backer rods,(if required) Smoke seals, floor seals etc. The structural glazing sealant shall be black in colour etc, complete all as directed. The system shall be designed as floor height units spanning between floors with slab brackets & provision to accommodate movement at all floors levels and every grid panel horizontally. System also should have provision for fixing of internal floor trim panels at floor level as shown in design drawings. All safe access for the works shall be provided by fabricator. Wt-1.803 Kg/Mtr, Child frame for DG- subframe -67.0x27.7x1.4mm thick- Section No 1899 - wt -0628 Kg/mtr< Child frame for SG - Sub frame _48.9x27.5x1.4mm thick - Section No 7368- 0.573 Kg/Mtr. DOUBLE GLAZED UNITS- Insulated glass unit. Glass panel should be insulated glass unit.Out board glass be 6mm thk SAPPHIRE BLUE Heat strengthened glass +12mm Air gap +6mm thk Clear Toughened of Saint Gobain Make. The reflective coating shallbe on surface #2. The insulated glass unit shall be hermically sealed with two lites of glass as mentioned above with 12mm air space with Aluminium spacers, using primary sealant as Poly-isobutylene and secondary sealant by Dow Corning.
