| 2 | Charges for Scheduled monthly preventive Maintenance & Inspection of Coker Bridge Crane installed in CPCL DCU Unit Preventive Monthly Maintenace shall be carried out with 3 Experts (1 Mechanical, 1 Electrical and 1 Instrumentation) X 5 Days X 1 Visit per Month X 36 Months (3 years) Note: Minimum 3 days for PM jobs at site and Maximum 2 days for travelling from outstation only. (3 X 5 X 1 X 36 = 540 Man Days) Preventive Maintenance of Coker Bridge Crane shall be as per the scope of work attached, OEM instructions, Operation Manual and directions of Engineer-In-Charge The quoted prioces should be inclusive of relevant insurance coverage for experts training costs, boarding, lodging , local transportation, transportation within Refinery premieses, food and all other miscellaneous requirements for all personnel. Compliance with qualification, safety, statuotry requirements, and all otehr requirements as per Tender conditions, scope of work. Note: To & Fro charges from Contractor's works to CPCL-Chennai shall be paid separately as given below. However, local transportation within Chennai during Maintenace period shall not be paid separately. | 540 | DAY |
| 3 | To & Fro Travelling expenses from Contractor's office to CPCL-Chennai site within India fro Preventive Maintenance & Break down Maintenance Scheduled Preventive Maintenance & Inspection : 36 Times X 3 Persons = 108 Man Visits for Preventive Maintenance. For Breakdown Services : Total 3 Times x 3 Persons = 9 Man Visits . Economy class Air-fare will be reimbursed on submisison of flight tickets/documentary evidence of the travel and fare. In case of travel by train, travelling expensees will be reimbursed on submission of train tickets/documentary evidence of the travel & fare. The payment shall be made as per actuals on documentary evidence with limitation on maximum value specified as unit price per each visit. The unit ""EA"" denotes to & fro travelling charges for one person in a visit Contractor's office shall be specified along with quote." Contractor's office location can change as Breakdown requirement will be during exigency and service engineer may be deputed from any place. The Unit of measurement ""Man Day"" represents the per man day service charges including all allowances for normal working hours as mentioned above. The quoted prioces should be inclusive of relevant insurance coverage for experts training costs, boarding, lodging , local transportation, transportation within Refinery premieses, food and all other miscellaneous requirements for all personnel. Compliance with qualification, safety, statuotry requirements, and all other requirements as per Tender conditions, scope of work.
