The total office area is measured 12800 sq.m approx. Open Area- Open space consisting of garden, parking area, internal pathways, complex backyard, area outside the workshop premises including all the open area surrounding premises of the above said buildings, drainage & gutter. The total open area is measured around 12000 sq.m approx. The complete job includes manpower charges, contractor service charges, all kind of taxes etc. The job also includes charges on account of disposal of waste outside the premises abiding all the laws falling in the municipal jurisdiction. | 1.000 | Complete Job per month |
