| 1 | Operation and maintenance of Package plant Air-conditioning units Operation and maintenance of Package Air-conditioning units at Administration Building (4 * 22 TR) and OM&S Control room (3 * 7.5 TR) as per scope of work. The AMC will include replacement of any/all part(s) if found defective during the AMC period. i.e., the AMC is comprehensive in nature. Manpower shall be deployed as below : One (01) operator in Morning (06:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m.) & Evening shift (02:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.) with one reliever. Reliever will come in General Shift on four days and on balance two days, he will relive shift operators on their Off day. One (01) supervisor cum technician in General shift (8.30 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.). MAINTENANCE OF WINDOW & SPLIT AIR-CONDITIONER UP TO 2.0 TON IN CPCL-CBR, NAGAPATTINAM : This Job will be executed through O&M manpower and no additional manpower required. List of installed Window, Split Air conditioners is attached. Details of Maintenance is given below:- Routine, regular and breakdown maintenance of Window AC, Split AC of different make & different capacities. Installed at various location of within the refinery premises, refinery township and IOCL Muttam. Job includes attending the complaints of machines as per the complaint register and instruction of site engineer. Job includes checking of machines, identification of defect, repair/replacement of defective component. Replacement of Thermostat, Blower, Fan blade, electrical switches, control knob,wires. Cleaning of air filter, removal of dust from cooling coil & condenser by removing the machine from location, if required. Repair/ replacement of defective bush/bearing of blower motor including lubrication of blower motor, tightening of all the electrical connection. Materials required for routine maintenance of Window and Split Air conditioners is in scope of owner. Routine service of installed Window, Split Air conditioners to be carried out once in three (03) months. | ||
| 2 | Overhauling of Window AC, Split AC of different make & different capacities located at various location : Job includes removal of machines from location, dismantling, cleaning, washing by jacketing of indoor unit, chemical cleaning of condenser & cooling coil, overhauling, lubrication of blower motor. Cleaning of coil & condenser to be done with wire brush. Defective/damage insulation to be replaced. All the electrical wires must be dressed properly. Cleaning/replacement of filter by Nylon filter. Re-assembly of machine, shifting to location & testing of machine. Job complete in all respect defective compressor either at site or at workshop after transportation of machine to workshop. Materials required for overhauling of Window and Split Air conditioners is in scope of owner. Overhauling of installed Window, Split Air conditioners to be carried out once in a year. | ||

| 5 | Supply, fixing, gas charging, testing and commissioning of following condenser coils suitable for different make & different capacity window air conditioner. Job includes dismantling of old damaged condenser coil, supply & fixing new condenser coil, gas charging, testing & commissioning. Job to be done with manpower & material including refrigerant gas and as per direction & instruction of the Site Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : Old damaged condenser coil shall be retained by the department. | 5 | EA |
