Note for item No 1.00 to 7.00 : (i) Maintenance/repair shall be carried out by authorised service engineer. (ii) All Measuring equipments and T&P required shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Any other activity/ minor items not listed/covered here above and required during /completing the work for smooth functiong of system will have to be arranged by Contractor himself and for this purpose no extra cost will be paid. (iv) Major Spare parts shall be paid separately under relative item as supply only. However fixing charges shall deemed to be included in this item (v) A sum of Rs. 5000/- will be recovered from the contractor for non rectification of breakdown/fault or replacement of any unserviceable spares after 12 hours from lodging of complaint telephonically or verbaly. | 2 | Material and labour for servicing, calibration and testing of 11KV HT relay provided with VCBs HT panel of any make and type such as instantaneous earth fault, auxiliary relay, earth fault, under voltage, over current relay and adjustment the time for proper tripping with respect of MES/State Electricity Board incoming tripping with the relay testing equipment by the authorized service engineer and shall submit necessary certificate for the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. | 10.00 | Each Job |

| 4 | Material and labour for servicing of SF-6 circuit breaker including cleaning all parts internally and externally checking of the proper tension of the springs mechanism, tightening of connection of moving/ fixed contract, floating contacts, charging system and checking of SF-6 gas for any leakage and re-filling it on its original position and including testing by the authorized service engineer and shall submit necessary certificate for the same omplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) The cost of minor part if any, required to replace is included in quoted rate. (ii) Cost of SF-6 gas shall be paid separately under respective item. | 10.00 | Each Job |
