| 1 | Annual Maintenance of Electrical Installations, accessories / wiring and maintaining un-interrupted Power Supply to the following locations:- a) VPA residential Colonies, Non-residential buildings, Pump House buildings, and Kalyana Mandapam situated at S.G. Puram, C.I.S.F. Complex, CHD Housing Colonies, Sports complex etc., as per the enclosed Annexure- I (a) & I (b) duly monitoring the fuse-off calls of the above areas by maintaining a complaint register round the clock including maintenance of HT / LT OH lines, Street lighting including High-mast, Mini-mast towers, Yard lighting etc., complete as per the following work schedules and also scope of work enclosed in Annexure-II. And Maintenance of Invertor / Non-inverter type Split / Window Air conditioners, Refrigerators, Water Coolers and Walk-in Cooler installed at various location viz S.G. Puram, SSRKM, CISF Complex, & Chinnamushidiwada Dispensary as detailed in the Annexure-III duly attending the monthly Servicing and also attending the breakdown calls as and when required including repairing / rewinding / replacing the required electrical / electronic defective spares such as thermostats, capillaries, capacitors, Electronic PCBs, fan Motors and leak testing, Gas Charging etc. the scope of work as per the Annexure-II. | 36 | MONTHS |

And Maintenance of Invertor / Non-inverter type Split / Window Air conditioners, Refrigerators, Water Coolers and Walk-in Cooler installed at various locations in GJH, as detailed in the Annexure-III duly attending the monthly Servicing and also attending the breakdown calls as and when required including repairing / rewinding / replacing the required electrical / electronic defective spares such as thermostats, capillaries, capacitors, Electronic PCBs, fan Motors and leak testing, Gas Charging etc. the scope of work as per the Annexure-II.
