(Make - Philips / LT / Wipro / Crompton / Havells / Bajaj). i) System Wattage < or = 480 Watt, ii) Lumen efficacy > or = 135 Lumen/ Watt, iii) CCT - 5700K iv) CRI = or > 70 v) THD < or = 10%(at Full Load), vi) SDCM < or = 05, vii) P.F = or > 0.95. viii) Efficiency should be = or > 85%, ix) Out put Lumen should be = or > 64800 lumen. x) Minimum area coverage of the light beam is of 90Mtr. in diametre surrounding the High Mast with an average 50 Lux of illumination level and having uniformity level be = or > 0.40. with 25 degree to 60 degree option able Beam Angle on surface. xi) The Driver (Make - XITANIUM / OSRAM / INVENTRONICS / Philips / Wipro / Crompton) should be a silicone potted, integrated type, isolated constant current with range 140-280V AC. Driver efficiency> 85% & driver with class-1 protection and inbuilt short circuit, open circuit, over voltage and under voltage protection and mounted inside the luminaire. Wattage of the Driver should always be greater than OR equal to the Wattage of the Luminaire. Individual drivers should be provided with individual modules along with ventilated enclosure to hide the wiring. Driver must be with aluminium casting. xii) PC/PMMA lens should be provided for each LED xiii) LED SMD type only High power leds 1W- 5W, & The LED chip module(make- Osram / Nichia / Cree / Lumiled / Bridgelux). LED used in this product shall comply with EN 62471 for photo-biological safety and certificate for the same from manufacturer shall be provided. Maximum LENS dome top temparature shall be less than 95 degree at 45 degree ambient temperature. xiv) LED must be driven at max 70% of the rated current. MCPCB with Aluminium core and copper thickness of 35 micron to be used for led mounting. (b)The warranty for the LED street light fittings has to be provided for 5 years by the manufacturer/OEM, the certificate has to be uploaded with tender documents by the bidder. (c) The bidder should upload Technical Data Sheet (TDS) of fittings and Driver, LM79 & LM80 Test Report for the offered LED Light fittings from the manufacturer's NABL accredited Laboratory/ any other NABL accredited Laboratory failing which the Bid may be rejected. (d) The illumination design to fulfill the prescribed condition has to be certified by the Manufacturer/ OEM within 07 (seven) working days from the date of layout.The minimum lux should be maintained as 50 lux with Uniformity factor 0.4 (e) One/two nos. of light fitting as per direction of EIC, randomly selected from the supplied lot consisting of total material, will be tested from NABL accredited Government Laboratory at the cost to be borne completely by the bidder." (f) The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized Sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them. (g) Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution of work / submission of bill. (h) Manufacturer shall have inhouse lab approved by NABL or ministry of science of govt of India. Compliance to Indian standard of IS10322 Part 5/ Sect5:1967, 16105:2012, IS 16106:2012, IS 15885(part2/sec13):2012, IS 16108:2012. (i) If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules. | ||
