The agency need not to quote any rate for wages as it shall be equal to the prevailing minimum wages as per latest Govt. circular of the Labour Department. The selected agency shall have to deposit as monthly subscription of EPF @ 13% and ESI @ 3.25% for each personnel. Moreover Bonus @ 8.33% to be paid to each personnel once in a year. GST 18% (as where admissible) of above total amount will also be deducted from their bill. The Minimum wages and respective amount of ESI, EPF, Bonus and GST will also be paid to the agency based on minimum wages as circulated. | ||
