3 | Construction of pipeline crossing works under existing cross drainage works of Damanganga River, Western Railway, DMIC Railway etc, major roads, NH or SH without disturbing existing service / CD works, with (HDD) horizontal directional drilling in specified lengths and curvatures as below GL by taking ROU / ROW for the laying operations and using augering of 1300 mm diameter borehole along with Supply and Laying of Casing pipe of MS 1219 mm diameter (minimum 12.5 mm thickness (or as suitable for HDD operations)) of 406 micron inside solvent free epoxy lining and outside 3 LPE coating as per IS Specifications and further lowering and laying of carrier pipe of HDPE 1000 mm in the casing of 1219 mm MS Pipe etc., complete. The item includes HDD in rocky strata below the scour depth of the Damanganga river, sufficient depth below Roads and railways as per the final approval from respective agencies, fixing necessary alignment using high penetration radar survey for identification of existing underground utilities available, completion of the directional drilling operations and reinstatement of works which are damaged during execution (i.e laying of casing as well as HDPE pipe) along with excavation, making large pits, concreting, formwork, all materials and equipments required for large diameter HDD operations with all labour and manpower, all tools and plants, preparation of design and drawing for HDD crossing and getting them approved from respective authority prior to execution and also testing of the crossing after laying works are done etc. as directed by engineer in charge and to the satisfaction of engineer in charge.
