| 4 | Special Note : 1. Specification of the Individual item would be followed as per presidency circle schedule P.W.D. Govt. of West Bengal, currently in vogue. However, the payment would be made as per actual work done and joint measurement at site. 2. The supply of Point, Xing, Fish Plate,Tie Bar, Check (for Rail), Pre Cast Concrete Sleeper (Model No. - 8T 2496) and other accessories are to be supplied only after thorough checking by the Engineer-in-charge (PW Department). 3. Due intimation is to be given to the Engineer-in-charge (PW Department) prior to any type of concretization. The work may be carried out both in night & day time. 4. Necessary permission from Kolkata Police and other statuary authority is to be obtained by the vendor. All necessary barrication with safety lamp are to be provided as per guide line of Kolkata Police / WBTC Authority. 5. Necessary protective safety measures for the labours, working under the vendor, is to be taken up by the vendor. 6. All test certificates has required, are to be submitted to the Engineer-in-charge of WBTC. 7. Steel and cement to be supplied by the agency at their own arrangement and the rate should be quoted accordingly, Cement - JINDAL (JSW), A.C.C., Ambuja, Ultratech brand to be supplied and steel - SAIL, SRMB, TATA, RINL brand to be supplied, if any. For Ready Mix Concrete, any of the following brand should be used by the vendor; Ultratech / Ambuja / A.C.C. / JSW. All challans copy of RMC, duly authenticated by the agency, have to be submitted to this Company. 8. All information regarding site conditions would be obtained before quoting their rates. 9.The security deposit should be deducted by the company as per prevailing rules. The said security deposit shall be refunded on the expiry of six (6) months (as defect liability period) after completion of the work. Refund of security deposit shall be allowed till the final bill has been prepared and passed. 10.The rate of GST will be effected separately, as applicable. 11.The IT and any other Tax, as applicable, would be deducted from the bill amount. |
