Before Starting Of Shift Cleaning Of All Photo Sensors And Cameras Of Vision Readers Deduction Of Rs.50/- For Every 15 Minutes In Every Instances Beyond 15 Min Stoppage On Account Of Chain Cut And Telescopic Conveyor Breakdown, Any Mechanical Failures. 720 Shift, Daily:- Ensuring Regular Maintenance Of Sprockets, Shafts For All Types Of Gear Boxes (planetory, Nord,worm Type), Conveyor Counter Weights And Replacement Of The Same As When It Is Worn Out In Order To Ensure Nil Break Down In The Shift And To Replace The Same In Case Of Breakdown During The Shift. The Item Includes Regular Inspection And Greasing For Smooth Operation, Inspecting For Looseness If Any, And Inspecting For Alignment Of Shafts And Sprockets. Oiling Of Drive Shaft Bearing Of Dus And Idler Shaft Wheel In Each Shift. Deduction Of Rs.50/- For Every 15 Minutes In Every Instances Beyond 15 Min Stoppage On Account Of Each Production Loss On Account Of Sprocket/shaft Breakdown. 720 Shift, 3 Regular Maintenance Of Filling Machines And Carousel Inline Equipment, Pre Oring Leak Detectors, Pre Oring Replacement Machine, Cold Repair Machines, Deshaping Machines, Purging Unit, Evacuation Unit, Degassing Unit, Vcme, Nanocut Dosing Unit, Xtra Tej Dosing Unit, 5kg, 47.5 Kg And 425kg Filling Facilities And Also Updating History Cards For Above Equipment. Deduction Of Rs.50/- Per Cumulative Hour Beyond 15 Min Shall Be Made For Each Production Loss On Account Of Any Breakdown In These Machines Or Any Lpg Leakage Observed In These Machines. Updation Of Maintenance Log As Per Format Provided By Officer In Charge. Assistance For Carrying Out Water Draining Operation Under The Supervision Of Iocl In Charge Need To Be Done. For This Work, The Personnel Should Report Exactly At The Start Hours Of The Shift Of The Day At Lpg Pump House. 720 Shift, 4 Maintain Leak Free Conveyors: Leakages From The Running Conveyors Is To Be Stopped Or It Is To Be Directed Into Soap Solution Trays , The Soap Trays, Running Trays, Idle Trays To Maintained In Leak Free Condition. Ensuring That The Necessary Tray Overflow Pipelines Provided In The Floors Are Are Not Choked And Excess Soap Water Is Collected /drained Properly To Ensure Nil Soap Solution Leakage Inside The Floor Area. There Should Not Be Leaks From The Conveyors Other Than From Drive Sections. (fabrication/modification Works If Any Will Be Paid Separately). If Water Leakages Are Appearing Because Of Washing Unit Or Inline Bath The Proper Arrange To Be Made For Arresting The Same 720 Shift, 5 Mechanically & Electronically Qualified Assistance On Daily Basis For The Maintenance & Necessary Routine Repairs Of On-line Mechatronic Equipments Installed Throughout The Conveyor Line And Carousel (photo Sensors, Load Cells, Power/communication Cabling, Communication Bars, Electro-pneumatic Control Panel, Relay Cards, Limit Switches, Magnetic Sensors, Solenoid Coils, Timers, Earthing Wires Etc) And Its Replacement With New One Supplied By Iocl Whenever Required. Maintaining Necessary Records For The Calibration Of The Equipment (measurement Systems Required To Be Stamped By The Authority Of Legal Metrology) Is A Part Of This Job. This Also Includes The Record Keeping Of Stock Of These Components And The Periodicity Of Its Replacement. 6 Maintenance Of Loading/ Unloading/filling Area Stoppers, Pushers, Diverters, Converger Assemblies, Limit Switches. For The Smooth Passage Of Cylinders Including Working Of Push Buttons. The Job Includes Oiling And Greasing Of Pushers, Replacement Of Worn Out Pusher Pads, Avoiding Air Leak From Any Of The Pneumatic Tubings, Cleaning Of Frl, 3/2 And 5/2 Pnemuatic Valves Etc, Tigheting Of All Types Of Loosened Fasteners In All Machines Inside Licensed And Delicensed Areas, Draining Of Water From All Air Buffer Vessels, Arresting Of Air Leaks Inside Filling Shed, L/ul Shed By Replacement Of Hoses, Fittings Wherever Damaged And Removal Of Unnecessary Air Hoses. Required Spares Will Be In Scope Of Iocl. Weekly Works 7 Weekly: Greasing Of All Plumber Blocks Grease Nipples With Grease Gun. Grease And Grease Gun Will Be Provided By Iocl. Replacement Of Wornout Sprockets, Idler Pulleys, Drive Shafts, Fastening Of Loose Joints, Welding Of Conveyor Sections, Replacement Of Vld/old Toggle Joints And Base Frames, Replacement Of Clamping Set Roller Bearings, Machining Of Inlet/outlet Plates For Carousel Inlet/outlet Wherever Wornout. Topping Up Of Oil In Gearboxes, Hydraulic Motors For Scissor Lifts, Pallet Trolley, Cr Machines, Deshaping Machines , Carousel Drive Units, Vcme Machine Wherever Level Is Low. 8 Service Of All Pneumatic Stoppers, Pushers, Divergers, Convergers Along With The Pneumatic Systems Like Valves Etc. In Good Working Condition Always. The Job Includes Oiling And Greasing Of Pushers, Replacement Of Worn-out Pusher Pads, Avoiding Air Leak From Any Of The Pneumatic Tubing, Cleaning Of Frl Etc. To Be Completed Over 15 Days. 9 Replacement Of Seal Kits For Filling Guns, Pneumatic Cylinders, Gas Stop Valves, Vcme, Vld/old Test Heads, Deshaping/cr Machines To Avoid Any Sort Of Leakages. Replacement Of Defective Actuator Valves And Actuators Along With Seal Kit For Jumbo Cylinders. Uf/of Cylinders % To Be Ensured Below 1 % From All Filling Machines 10 Weekly: Maintenance Of Telescopic Conveyor Sections. Work Includes Cleaning Of All Telescopic Conveyors With Pressure Nozzle Gun Using Water/air In All The Telescopic Conveyor Tracks, Bottom Of Telescopic Conveyor, Cleaning Of Telescopic Conveyor Chain Drive, Checking For Condition Of E Plate, Guide Pipe, Sprockets And Shafts , Friction Wheel Alignment, Regular Greasing Of The Booms, Maintaining Oil Level In Gear Boxes, Inspection For Condition Of The Boom Gear Box And Motor And Taking Corrective Action, Ensuring Appropriate Functioning Of Dead Man Control And Other Pneumatics And Switches W.r.t. Telescopic Boom And Attending Break Down Maintenance If Any Without Effecting Production Loss. If There Is A Breakdown In The Boom For That Week The Payment Will Not Be Made For The Week. 11 Mechanical Maintenance Involving Hot Works In Fabrication Of The Conveyor And Other Systems: Works Involving Hot Work, Welding, Gas Cutting, Grinding, Fixing Expansion Bolts, Drilling Work Etc. Inside Plant Shed Equipment Like - Carousel Inlet And Outlet, Carousel Filling Machine, Dynamic Check Scales, Evacuation M/c, Online Equipment Like Gd, Pt, Cr Machine, Malleting M/c, Inline Bath Hot Air Sealing Units And Guns, Conveyor Divertors, Conveyor Tracks, Legs, Roller Drum Legs, Guide Angle, Drive Unit Base, Track Lifting And Welding In Telescopic Conveyors, Friction Rollers, E-plate, Transfer Plate At Merging Or Diversing Section Of Conveyors And Support, Guide Pipe, Conveyor Stoppers, Etc. As Directed By Officer In Charge During Sundays And Holidays. Any Hot Works Involved In The Minor Maintenance Works At Any Place To Be Carried Out Shall Be Carried Out. All Welded Joints To Be Applied With One Coat Of Red Oxide Primer And Two Coats Of Synthetic Enamel Paint. Lpg For Gas Cutting, Power For Drilling, Grinding & Welding And Water Will Be Provided By Iocl. The Contractor Has To Maintain All Equipment And Consumables As Per Standards Specified By Officer In Charge Of Iocl Required For The Work Within The Plant At All Times. Contractor Should Provide Sufficient Manpower As Instructed By Iocl In Charge 12 Checking Of All Valves Provided In The Lpg Lines For Smooth Operation Of Open / Close And Application Of Grease. The Job Also Includes, Observing Difficulty If Any With Any Of The Valve S Operation, Missing / Slipping Of Valve Handles, Trouble Gear Box Operation Shall Intimate To Officer Concerned For Rectification Purpose. General Works 13 Emergency Cold/hot Work Working Extending Beyond Shift Hours On Working Days / On Special Holidays /or On Sundays Beyond One Shift Or In Assisting A Oem Technician Beyond Routine Shift Hours. [(8*3*2)+(4*3*2)]-hours Per Month 14 Removal Of Old Worn-out Chain From The Conveyors And Replacing With New Conveyor Chain Supplied By Iocl. For Measurement Length Of Chain In Running Metre Will Be Taken. Transportation Of New Chain From Stores And Shifting The Removed Worn Out Chain To The Designated Place Also Forms Part Of The Work. 15 Maintain And Rehabilitate Of 2 Nos. Washing Units By Removing And Cleaning Of All Spray Nozzles, Flushing Of Bottom Tank With Hydrant Hose. Spray Nozzles Fitted Back, And The Washing Machines Made Operational As Directed By The Officer In Charge. 16 Servicing Of Conveyor Gear Boxes And Positioning It In The Plant As Directed By The Officer In Charge. Spares For The Overhauling Will Be Provided By Iocl. 17 Dismantling All Kinds Of Worn-out Conveyor Section/ms Structures Etc. As Directed By Maintenance In Charge Like Straight Section, Drive Section, Bend Section, Drive Unit Section Etc. For Replacement With New One. The Item Includes, Shifting The Dismantled Items And Placing It In The Designated Place As Directed By Officer In-charge. 18 Inspection / Hydrotesting Of All Lpg Hoses Of All Filling Machines Of Carousals, 5 Kg, 47.5 Kg, 425 Kg Filling Facilities, Tld, Evacuation Unit, Vcwe Weight Correction Units, Icus, Purging Unit, Depressurising Unit Etc. And Wherever Lpg Hoses Are Used In Future Confirming To The Testing Specifications And Replacement Of Damaged Hoses With Iocl Supplied New Hoses After Testing The Same As Per Directions Of Officer In-charge. The Required Testing Equipment To Be Arranged By Contractor Itself With Required Test / Competency Certificates Wherever Required And Test Records To Be Provided In Iocl Format Duly Signed And Sealed By Contractor. The Item Includes, Shifting The Dismantled/damaged Items And Placing It In The Designated Place As Directed By Officer In-charge. Lettering Of Test Date And Due Date In Lpg Hose After Testing 19 Providing Assistance For Calibration Of Pressure Gauges, Temperature Gauges, Pressure Switches, Compound Gauges, Vacuum Gauges Etc. Provided In Plant At All Facilities Through Certified Master Gauges & Equipment. The Damaged Gauges Shall Be Replaced And Test / Calibration Records To Be Provided In Iocl Format Duly Signed And Sealed By Contractor. The Item Includes, Shifting The Dismantled/damaged Items And Placing It In The Designated Place As Directed By Officer In-charge. 2 20 Testing Of Breakway Coupling Of Tld Unloading Arms With Iocl Provided Test Vehicle And Reassembling The Fittings. The Scope Of Job Includes The Movement Of Test Vehicle To Each Bay From The Designated Place And Placing Back And Maintaining The Test Records Duly Signed And Sealed By Contractor As Directed By Officer In-charge. 4 21 Monitoring, Movement And Maintenance Of Consumption And Inventory Of Spares, Segregation Of Spares In Stores, Tools, Critical Spares, Pneumatic Cylinders, Communication Cables, Sealkits, Gunds, Fm Arms, Sprockets, Idler Pulleys, Plummer Blocks, Pressure Gauges, Chain Links, Flp Motors, Gear Boxes, Drive Shafts, Optical Sensors, Etc As Per Format Specified By Officer And Also Prior Intimation To Officer About Critical Stock Of Spares Before Exhausting. 12 22 Cleaning Of Lpg Strainer/service Water Line Strainers Provided In Plant On Quarterly Basis And Replacement Of Iocl Provided Strainer If Required In Supervision Of Officer In-charge. The Job Inculdes Closing Of Isolation Valves, Degassing, Removal Of Strainer Flanges, Checking Of Condition Of Strainer, Cleaning Of Strainer, Removal Of Debris / Dirt / Sludge / Any Unwanted Particals Avaialble In Strainer If Any Etc. 4 23 For Carrying Out Periodic Oiling Of Screw Air Compressors, Lpg Pumps Bearing Oil, Lube Oil Drum For Mechanical Seal, Lpg Compressors Oiling, Knock Off Drum, Cooling Water Pump Servicing, Vision Reader Periodic Checking And Maintenance, System Reset At Field And Control Room If Anytime Hanged. Assisting Oem For Servicing Screw Air Compressors, Air Driers, Lpg Pumps And Compressors. 24 Assisting For Mechanical Works To Oem For Servicing Screw Air Compressors, Air Driers, Lpg Pumps And Compressors, Cooling Water Pumps, Etc Part B Safety: General Mechanical Maintenance Works And Services As Mentioned Below: Maintenance And Periodic Checks Of Firefighting And Other Safety Equipment: 1 (a) Half Yearly Hydro Testing Of Hoses (76 Numbers) To Be Done As Instructed By Safety Officer/plant Manager. Hose Numbers May Change As Per Actual At Site. 2 (b) Monthly Major Maintenance Of Fire Pumps. This Includes Regular Oiling And Alignment Of Impellers, Shafts, Bearings, Sleeves And Mechanical Drives, Gland Packing, Tightening The Glands 3 Hydrant Pipeline And Hydrant Points. This Includes Diagnosis And Arrest Of Water Leakage, Lubricating, Etc. Any Leakage Reported By Safety Officer To Be Attended Immediately. Diagnosis And Arrest Of Leakage In Glands In Hydrant Pumps (3 Nos), Jockey Pumps (2 Nos), . Any Leakage Reported By Safety Officer To Be Attended Immediately. Changing Of Wind Sock (material Will Be On Ioc Account). 4 Assisting During Fire Drills And Refilling Of Used Fire Extinguishers And Monthly Visual Checking Of Fire Extinguishers And Necessary Records To Be Maintained As Per Instruction Of Safety Officer/plant Manager. 5 (c) Weekly Check Of Lubrication In All Lpg & Hydrant Valves. Periodicity Of Schedule Will Be Instructed By Safety Officer/plant Manager. 6 Monthly Operation Of All Water Monitors And Double Hydrants, As Per Instruction Of Safety Officer/plant Manager And Report Submission 7 Checking Of Fencing Condition Throughout Compound Wall And Maintaining In Good Condition Includes Replacement Of Damaged Or Cut Fencing. 8 Monthly Check On The Working Condition And Preventive Maintenance Of Deluge Valves. 9 Quarterly Cleaning Of Air Filters, Hydrant Strainers As Instructed By The Officer In-charge/plant Manager 10 Quarterly Cleaning Of Sprinkler Nozzles. These Include The Regular Check Of Working Condition Of Nozzles And Unblock The Chokes If Any Identified And Replacing The Nozzles (nozzles Will Be Supplied By Corporation). Safety Arrangements Like Safety Harness, Safety Net And Other Tools Shall Be Arranged By Contractor. 11 Weekly Checking Of Sprinkler Airline And Arresting The Leakage If Any. 12 Daily Safety Round Of Plant And Monitoring Healthiness Of Firefighting Facilities And Monthly Flushing Of Sprinkler Airlines. 13 Yearly Painting Of Hydrant Posts And Water Monitors With Corporation Supplied Paints. 14 Change And Repair Of Isolation Valves /nrv/butterfly Valve/hydrant Valve Of Hydrant Lines, Hydrant Points Or Monitors With Corporation Supplied Valves As Per The Instruction Of Officer In Charge. (valve Nb: 50 Mm To 400 Mm) 15 Displaying Of Earth Pit Resistances Values Provided By Pmcc.
