Construction of the Project/Work on the Site set forth in Schedule A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D and Special Conditions of Contract, if any. Performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Contractor and ensuring compliance to all provisions contained elsewhere in the contract and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Contractor under this Agreement General Requirements Cost of Preliminaries, Mobilization, Site Management including Provisions of Work Programme under the Contract, Safety & Environmental Management, Statutory Requirements, Insurances & Bank Guarantees, Temporary Site Office & Labour Camp/ Facilities, Provision of Drawings/ Testing & Commissioning Procedures/ O & M Manuals/ Quality Assurance Plan etc all as per the contract including establishment and removal of all temporary facilities as per the requirements of MADC and Statutory Agencies standards | ||
