| 3 | i) Maintenance of internal and external sewerage system, drainage and desilting of gully traps, manholes etc. within the campus like opening/cleaning of chocked sewer pipes, drains, manholes, gully traps, water closets, wash basins, floor traps etc. at all floors and all vertical stacks of sewer pipes and rain water pipes of all sizes including thorough cleaning once of all soil waste and rain water pipes, drains, manholes, gully traps etc within two months of award of work and thereafter once in a 6 months or earlier as directed by Engineer- incharge, Item includes keeping sewerage & drainage system functioning effeciently on daily basis including disposal of silt, malba, waste, garbage etc. to the authorized dumping ground. Rate inlcudes fittings such as (pvc bend, pvc pipe clip,PVC shoe of dia 110/75 mm for rain water pipe, CI cover & grating for gully trap, door piece insertion rubber of door bend and door Tee including nuts & bolts, lead, CI grating for rain water inlet pipe, MS clamp for CI waste pipe) complete to the entire satisfaction and as per the directions of Engineer-in- charge, | ||
| 4 | ii) Maintenance and cleaning of chajjas, roofs, expansion joints, etc. and removing of cobwebs, beehives, vegetation, shrubs, small trees, by removing from root including cutting of brick wall/roof/RCC to required size including restoration of the same by brick work/RCC/CC and finishing the same to the original pattern including disposal of silt, vegetations, malba etc. to the authorized municipal dumping ground to entire satisfaction and as per directions of the Engineer-in- charge. | ||
| 5 | iii) Maintenance and operation of external water supply grid and valves including filtered and unfiltered water lines in the entire campus including attending the leakages in the system immediatly to keep the water supply system efficient, operational and leak proof at all times including cost of excavation and material such as brass/gun metal/CI valve up to 65 mm dia all complete to the entire satisfaction and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge. |
