(i.e. from obtaining plan approvals and commencement certificate up to Obtaining Occupancy Certificate, including all intermittent supporting clearances, if any) for the NABL Accreditated Calibration Laboratory building (G+1 ) in the existing NSER campus, as per requirement and instruction of the Engineer-in-Charge (for the built-up area of 600.00 sq.m approx.). a) Getting structural drawings, design, and analysis vetted by IIT or Govt. Institution as approved by the Statutory authority, including submission of drawings/any other details required by the statutory authority. b) Periodic follow-up with statutory authority, including preparation and presentation to the building committee c) Getting all the approval and certificates from the Statutory authority from commencement to occupancy. | 1 | Job |
| 2 | The scope of work include : Stage 1: Obtaining all the required statutory clearances to start the construction work, up to obtaining of Commencement Certificate (CC). Stage 2: Obtaining all the statutory clearances required for the completion certificate and Occupation Certificate (OC) and submission for OC, including intermittent clearances, if any, required during the execution of work. Stage 3 : Obtaining of Completion Certificate and Occupation Certificate Payment schedule shall be as follows : After completion of stage 1 : 50% After completion of stage 2 : 20% After completion of stage 3 : 30% Notes:- 1) The work shall be carried out and necessary clearances obtained, strictly in accordance with requirements and other notifications published by the Statutory authorities from time to time. 2) The cost should be inclusive of GST. 3) Cost should not be changed for variation up to (+)10% of the built-up area. Charges beyond this shall be paid on Pro-Rata Basis. |
