2 | RAW EFFLUENT TRANSFER PUMPS : Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of 2 Nos. (1 working + 1 standby) PP raw effluent water pumps to pump effluent from collection sump to reaction tank suitable for handling low & high pH effluent having a liquid discharge rate of minimum 1.0 m3/hrs at a head of 10 meters suitable for operation on 3 phase 415 Volt AC supply as required and pump type should be Vertical Immersible (without bearing & mechanical seal). Polypropylene Immersible Pumps shall be fully immersed in the liquid and meant for continuous operation. The extended shaft, encased in a Polypropylene tube, shall be connected to the Impeller at the other end. All the wet parts shall be made out of Polypropylene to eliminate corrosion. The overflow is allowed to pass through the annular space between the shaft and the column pipe. The auxiliary impeller provided at the top ensures the liquid does not travel towards the motor side. The excess liquid is allowed to flow back to the tank through the drain holes provided in the column Pipe. (power requirement : 0.75 kw) | 2 | NOS |

(1 working + 1 standby) single phase electronic metering type dosing pump set having flow rates (0-10 LPH) and PP dosing tank of 100 litres for storage of oxident dosing solution as required. Features : External control via potential-free contacts with pulse step-up and step-down to adapt to existing signal transducers of 64:1 to 1:64. Optional external control via 0/4 20 mA and potential-free contacts with pulse step-up and step-down of 32:1 to 1:32. Stroke rate adjustment in 10% increments of 10 100% corresponds to 18 180 strokes/minute. Continuous stroke length adjustment of 0 100% (recommended 30 100%). Connector for 2-stage level switch.
