| 1 | The followings works are to be carried out through expert service engineer for comprehensive overhauling, repair and servicing of following nos. of 245 KV circuit breakers (1-phase unit) and 145 KV circuit breakers (3-phase unit) at 220 KV substation, Kamaluaganja, Haldwani. (a) Safe and proper opening of bas bars connection alongwith their droppers and runnners to various equipments in concerned 245 KV bays. Thus making adequate and safe space for working on 245 KV CB alongwith all arrangements under the supervision of engineer incharge. (b) Safe and proper opening of equipment mounting plate, outdoor cubicle, control cabinet, operating mechanism cabinet, Interuptor unit etc. as per standard technical guidelines under the supervision of engineer incharge. (c) Proper checking of terminal blocks, operations counter, contactors, time relays, heating resistors, spring winding mechanism/manual winding mechanism, gas monitoring system etc. and rectification of any defected parts, alignment and lubrication of moving parts, repair of hand crank system with replacement of bearing system complete in all respect including cost of all parts, consumables etc.as per the standard technical specifications under the supervision of engineer incharge. (d) Safe and proper opening of all interrupter units/pole columns and thorough checking of condition and functionality of gears, shafts, guide rail, levers, pistons, nozzles, valves plates/groups, couple rod, filter bag, operating rod, interrupter unit, high voltage terminal etc. and rectification of any defective parts, alignment and repair and service complete in all respect including cost of all parts, consumables etc.as per the standard technical specifications under the supervision of engineer incharge. (e) Thorough checking of SF6 gas leakage from breakers, rectification of gas leakage by replacements of defective parts such as O rings, NRV, copper pipes, pressure gauge etc complete in all respect including cost of all parts, consumables etc. as per the standard technical specifications under the supervision of engineer incharge. (f) Complete re-assembling of CB units alongwith their interrupter units as per standard specifications, arrangement and refitting of all cables, lugs, plugs, sockets, terminals etc., making of all the jumpers, connections etc. as per the standard technical specifications under the supervision of engineer incharge. (g) Testing & commissioning of circuit breakers. | ||
