| 1 | Providing and Installation of All-Weather Outdoor Blinds of exterior grade with Aluminium Zip track manual operated with crank systems 1:11 Model or suitable model of crack system of make shall be of Fablon-Sunblock Or equivalent approved system with fabric of make Serge Ferrari/ Mehler/Dickson of total system comprising of: (A)System Frame has GI steel tube of size not less than 63mm to wrap the fabric inside with 100mm wise and 1.2mm thick Aluminium Box Profile to cover the GI steel tube including side channel of 45mm wide and 1mm thick with male / female lock systems to hold the Zip and 50mm wide, 1mm thick bottom bar to pull the fabric. All the Aluminium Sections shallbe Polyster Power coated with coating minimum thickness of 50microns. The handle to operate the crank shall be have strong enough size & length for easy operation. (B) The fabric should be of UV protected and weldable to zip to lock the side tracks and have to sustain in all weather conditions shall be: (i) minimum weight of 300g/sqm (ii) minimum thickness of 0.42mm (iii) have tensile strength of Warp 220daN/5cm, Weft 150daN/5cm (iv) have tear strength of Warp 70daN, Weft 35daN as per DIN 53363 (v) with perforations of range between 3% and 6% to let natural light pass in and restrict rain water. (vi) flame retardant of as per relevant BIS/International codal standards. The product shall have minimum 5(Five) years warranty and shall have minimum 1(one) year service warranty( i.e.upto Defect Liability Period). The rate shall be inclusive of supplying of all required materials,fixtures& fittings and installation of total system at all levels & heights, loading & unloading of materials at site with all leads & lifts, necessary double scaffolding,SS Screws/fastners/bolts/nuts/PVC gutties etc., Also cost includes necessary silicone sealants as required for filling the gaps alround the fixed frames of the system to prevent the rain water entry, complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. | 4000.00 | Sqm |
