| 1 | Providing and Installation of All-Weather Outdoor Blinds of exterior grade with manual cord operated Roman Style blind of make shall be of Fablon-Sunblock Or equivalent approved system with fabric of make Serge Ferrari/ Mehler/Dickson of total system comprising of: (A)System has L shape G.I Sheet with minimum thickness of 1.5 mm, covered with fabric to close the gap on top to arrest the water seepage.Top tube made of aluminium with minimum dia 38 mm as per blind size to be supported with stainless steel cable of minimum 3 mm pvc coated to hold the blind and support in top-bottom movement. Cable to be anchored to top roof and down base of the floor to give maximum strength to the blind. All pleats of roman style to be backed by aluminium profiles with maximum centre to centre spacing not more than 300 mm or as per manufacturer's specification w.r.to the size of the blind covered with same fabric to give an even look of the blind. At the corners of the balconies/Verandahs, the system shall be designed in such by giving provision of appropriate Aluminium section fixed at those locations to receive bothside overlaps of the proposed blinds to protect from the rain water splashings into the balconies as desired. (B) The fabric should be of UV protected and weldable to manual cord operated roman style blind and have to sustain in all weather conditions shall be: (i) minimum weight of 400g/sqm (ii) minimum thickness of 0.45mm (iii) have tensile strength of Warp 220daN/5cm, Weft 220daN/5cm (iv) have tear strength of Warp 30daN, Weft 25daN as per DIN 53363 (v) with perforations of range between 3% and 6% to let natural light pass in and restrict rain water. (vi) flame retardant of as per relevant BIS/International codal standards. (C) The system shall be designed with sufficient overlaps to efficiently obstruct rain water splashing. (Measurement shall be given as per the actual dimensions of the blinds as provided irrespective of the size of the opening covered). The product shall have minimum 5(Five) years warranty and shall have minimum 1(one) year service warranty( i.e.upto Defect Liability Period). The rate shall be inclusive of supplying of all required materials,fixtures& fittings and installation of total system at all levels & heights, loading & unloading of materials at site with all leads & lifts, necessary double scaffolding,SS Screws/fastners/bolts/nuts/PVC gutties/silicone sealants etc., complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. | 8500.00 | Sqm |
