4 | Notes 1. Payment shall be made on built-up area of the buildings only and cost of all the services, overhead water tanks and other ancillary works as per scope of work are deemed to be included therein for which nothing extra shall be payable. Bidder's scope also includes preparation and submission of 3D views as per direction of MECON/Client without any cost implication to client. 2. Built-up Area of Buildings are tentative only which have been worked out based on conceptual Architectural Drawings and there may be changes in built-up area (marked in conceptual Architectural drawings) to meet functional requirements or otherwise while Good for Construction Drawings are prepared by the EPC Contractor. In case of reduction in built-up area, proportionate amount shall be recovered. For variation to the extent of (+) 0.5% in area (For all building mentioned above with specified Built-up area) during detailed engineering, no additional amount shall be payable. Any additional amount shall be considered on account of variation in area beyond +0.5%. 3. For calculation of Built-up Area, rules for working out the Built-up area from plans as given in annexure II of DPAR-2023 and IS 3861-2002 shall be followed. 4. Whereever there is a conflict in the above specified documents/drawings/codes/specification, the specification/drawing meeting desired green building requirement (GRIHA-3 STAR RATING) shall be followed and shall be provided without any addtional cost implication. In case of any other conflict most stringent condition as per directions of PMC shall be followed without any price implication. Decision of PMC in this regard shall be final & binding. |
