| 1 | Annual Rate Contract for Providing and supplying skilled man power of fire fighting & other Emergency services in Notified Area, Ankleshwar round the clock (3 shift) as per Annexure - A. This item also includes attending fire in Ankleshwar Notified Area as well as outside of Ankleshwar Notified Area. Fire fighting services will also include attending all emergency services in accident, floods, fire, cyclone & earth quake, rescue services etc. The scope also includes operation of fire tenders, Fire fighting equipments and Rescue Equipment. Full uniform required for engaged staff will be Provided by the contractor (i.e. 2 pairs dresses, 1 pair safety shoes, badges, caps, 1 pair Raincort and belts to his staff per year. essential and suitable for performing job). Necessary Insurance charges statutory provision, EPF, Medical, Bonus, Group Personal Accident Policy (GPA), W.C. Policy, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), pay leave (PL), Public Holiday (PH), weekly Off, shall be borne by the agency. Agency after getting GPA & W.C. Policy Copy of Policy Documents to be submitted at DPMC. The agency has to work as per instruction of Officer Incharge of AEPS (DPMC) as per specification given in Technical Bid. Quarters will be allotted by AEPS (DPMC) and Rent of Quarter will be recovered as per norms decided by NAO/GIDC/Govt. The biometric attendance device / machine shall be procured and maintained by agency.
