Tray shall be jointed with GI/FRP side coupler with Stainless Steel Bolts & Nuts. The coupling holes shall be modified for proper coupling, if required. The cables shall be neatly dressed and clamped as per standards. Required quantity of GI cable trays and coupling plates shall be supplied by KMML. All other materials required including SS nuts and bolts shall be supplied by contractor. | 2 | IBP area - Replacement of damaged structural supports by fabrication and erection of new MS supports of exactly the same dimensions as the existing or as recommended by the concerned area engineer. The supports shall be mounted exactly at the same place without disturbing the existing cables/cabletrays. Joints arising out of beam to channel or channel to angle shall be provided with necessary shoe supports with ISA 65x65x8, and the same shall be full welded. Newly fabricated supports shall be painted with two coat of primer and one coat of paint before installation and remaining one coat of paint shall be provided after errection. MS items shall be supplied by KMML and to be shot blasted which is under contractor scope. Required paint (make :Asian/Nerolac/Shalimar/Berger) also shall be supplied by contractor. Damaged structural items shall be segregated and shifted to metallic scrap yard. as per the direction of engineer in-charge. | 5.0000 | MT |
