1 | Dismantling and taking out Ring main Unit from underground cassions after removal of RCC cemented soft patch and lifting of RMUs from underground sub stn The soft patch comprises of 16 concrete blocks with lifting hooks, including breaking of RCC of soft patch area, removal of concrete blocks from soft patch groove and fixing of soft patch blocks at its original position and filling of soft patch area post successful fixing of RMU. After completion of work, the top layer of concrete is to be restored using latest suitable water proofing techniques so that no water ingress by leakage or sepeage takes place into the underground sub stn complete all as specified. (Note: The RMU retrieved shall be deposited in BSO Yards Kunjali. The crane for lifting RMU's and concrete blocks shall be provided by Naval dockyard during taking down, however transportation of RMUs to BSO YARD shall be in the scope of the contractor) | 17 | EACH JOB |
2 | Disconnecting all terminals, cables, earthings etc of the existing transformers and taking out transformer from its existing position and shifting it near cassion location for fixing of new RMUs.Re-installation of existing transformer to its original location & connection of all HT/LT sides connection of Transformer complete all as specified and directed by the Engr - In - Charges. (Note The crane for lifting the transformers shall be provided by Naval dockyard.) | 17 | EACH JOB |
3 | Supply, installation , testing and commissioning of motorised and manual both non extensible type, SCADA supporting system 7.2 KV, 630 Amps , copper bus bar, short circuit time 25 KA for 1 Sec and internal arc (AFLR for tank ) 1 sec in tank and 1 sec in cable chamber, 50 Hz Outdoor 3 Way (1 LBS+2 VCB) insulation level 7.2 KV/20KV/60kvp, ring Main Unit type, LBS operation motorised/manual both (2NO+2NC), bus PT ratio 7.2 KV/^3/110 V/^3;50 VA burden;CI 1.0 Tap wound metering CT on breaker core-1: 300-150/1A, CI 0.5, 2.5 VA, EM6400 for VCB feeder. Tap wound metering CT for breaker core-2: 300=150/1A 5P10;2.5 VA for VCB feeder. Protection relay for 50,51,50 N, 51 N on breaker feeder with RS 485 protocol.Temp class -5 deg to +40 deg. The RMU shall be provided with 2mm thick CRCA sheet enclosure with PU painting shade for support structure along with a sloping canopy on top of the RMU.The voltage presence indicator in all functions should be available complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-In-Charge.
